Fund/Client Accounting Director – Asset Owners Operations

We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Fund/Client Accounting Director to join our Global Institutional Accounting Operations team. This role is located in Manchester.

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:

• Directs Institutional accounting operations group consisting of multiple teams that are responsible for conducting services across net asset values (NAV) lifecycle on behalf of a broad array of assigned clients.
• Determines net asset values, calculates fund performance, allocates expenses, and prepares reports.
• Executes business plans and contributes to the development of functional strategy.
• Sets guidelines for determining the net asset value (NAV) for funds in a variety of sectors for each measurement cycle.
• Oversees relationship management for a broad set of clients and ensures customer service levels meet client needs.

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:

• Bachelor’s degree of education and experience is required.
• 7-10 years of total work experience and at least 3-5 years in management preferred.
• Big 4 accounting firm experience preferred.
• Experience in leading multiple teams and managing financial and human resources.
• People Leadership requirement: Recruits, directs, motivates and develops staff, maximizing their individual contribution, their professional growth and their ability to function effectively with their colleagues as a team.
