138Job Description:We are working with a lovely nursery close to Maida Vale, looking for a Nursery Room Leader to come and join them and their amazing setting.

A nursery that understands working with children, you will be leading the team to represent a caring and educational approach to everything that happens there. With many activities to choose from, there is a wide range of skills children will be learning. You will require strong leadership and interpersonal skills and be comfortable working with everyone that you meet.

Responsibilities:  

• Early Years Foundation understanding
• Able to support and provide help when required
• Be able to build rapport with staff and parents easily
• Ensure the safety and well-being of all children

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: 

• A level 3 childcare certification or equivalent
• Experience managing staff at a nursery
• Clear communication always
• Be able to work in a patient and methodical manner
• Cater for a range of children and skill levels
• Be able to work as part of a friendly team
