The Resident Engineer, reporting to the Engineering Supervisor, is responsible for ensuring that tenants have an exceptional rental experience by providing high levels of customer service and acting as a brand ambassador for Vertus. The position offers an annual salary of £35,998, with working hours from Monday to Friday, 8.30 am to 5.30 pm. Key responsibilities include identifying and diagnosing faults, as well as carrying out necessary repairs and adjustments to maintain optimal living conditions for residents.
Reporting to the Engineering Supervisor, the Resident Engineer will ensure that residents (tenants) have the best rental experience and consistently deliver the highest levels of customer service, becoming a Vertus brand ambassador.
