What To Expect:

In this role, you will have the opportunity to shape our website technology stack, enhance user experience, and drive traffic to our eCommerce platforms while collaborating with top-notch agencies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own and transform the development roadmap for the website technology stack, leveraging eCommerce best practices and an innovative analytical approach to maximize positive impact.
  • Work closely with our website technical development operations agency to ensure high reliability and build robust website improvements and integrations.
  • Partner with our UX/CRO agency to deliver a comprehensive test, learn, and scale plan focused on enhancing User Experience (UX) and Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO).
  • Drive traffic to our websites through Search Engine Optimization (SEO), collaborating with our SEO agency to identify and rectify gaps in our online presence.
  • Further improve consumer-delighting website apps (Subscribe & Save, Loyalty Program, etc.).
  • Train, coach and support website back-end key users so the wider team is empowered to help keep our websites up to date.
