Vehicle Service Technician

A team in Barrow is seeking a Vehicle Service Technician to join their centre. The role involves ensuring high safety standards and customer satisfaction while delivering core services such as tyre fitting and wheel alignment. Candidates should have relevant experience, preferably with an IMI Level 2 qualification, and a full UK driving licence. *As our Vehicle Service Technician, you will be responsible for:*
* Delivering the core fast fit products and services, including tyre fitting, wheel alignment, battery fitment and more
* Assisting our point of sale (POS) with the delivery of the Service, Maintenance & Repair (SMR) targets
* Demonstrating knowledge of our products and values
* Providing detailed guidance and support to our customers
* Following our Life Saving Rules, ensuring Health & Safety in everything that we do
*Requirements: *
* Demonstrable experience of working in a similar Technician role (Mechanic/Vehicle Technician etc.)
* Customer service experience
* IMI level 2 Qualification (or above) is desirable
* Full & Valid UK Driving Licence
