The role of a Fire Risk Consultant involves conducting both legislative and non-legislative fire risk assessments and producing relevant fire safety reports based on their qualifications and skill sets. The consultant must ensure that all work adheres to current legislative requirements, benchmark standards, and guidance. Additionally, they will collaborate with the Principal Fire Risk Consultant/Validator and the Director to ensure comprehensive fire safety practices are upheld.
The role of Fire Risk Consultant will include (not exhaustive):
Conduct Legislative and Non-Legislative Fire Risk assessments.
Produce Fire Safety related reports commensurate with skill sets and qualifications.
