A recruitment drive is underway for a Senior NPD Technologist at the Ruskington site, offering a five-day onsite working model. The successful candidate will collaborate with the Site NPD Manager, Chef, and fellow NPD Technologist to manage and deliver New Product Development (NPD) and innovation projects until the handover to production. Key responsibilities include taking ownership of products from launch through to post-launch stages, while working closely with process and product teams to ensure successful project outcomes.
