Foster Care Associates (the FCA) is seeking a Senior Supervising Social Worker for a part-time role of 21 hours per week. The salary offered is up to £25,169 pro rata per annum, depending on experience, which is equivalent to £41,948.53 for full-time work. Benefits for this position include a company car or a £2,000 car allowance, 30 days of annual leave (increasing to 35 with length of service), bank holidays, life assurance, an employee discount scheme, and a medical cash plan.
