Early Years Practitioner

An opportunity has arisen for a Level 3 Early Years Practitioner to join a nursery company dedicated to prioritising children's needs. The ideal candidate will create a nurturing environment, promoting independence while ensuring a safe and stimulating atmosphere. Responsibilities include planning the curriculum in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS), collaborating with parents, and adhering to nursery policies. Candidates must possess a full Level 3 qualification in Early Years, knowledge of safeguarding practices, and relevant experience. Successful applicants will undergo an Enhanced DBS check. Creating a child centred and nurturing environment and promoting children’s independence Some of your responsibilities will To ensure the children are cared for in a happy, safe and stimulating environment To plan, prepare and review the curriculum with the team in your room, reflective of the EYFS To work in partnership with parents and carers To follow and implement all the policies and procedures set out by the nursery You will need to have the following qualifications, training and e Full and relevant level 3 qualification in Early Years or recognised equivalent Excellent knowledge and understanding of safeguarding practices and a Relevant safeguarding/child protection training undertaken, and the ability to meet annual training update requirements Current experience and training in the EYFS A high degree of professionalism All successful applicants will be required to have an Enhanced DBS carried out.
