The Bread Factory is a Food Manufacturing bakery that makes deliciously crafted bread, cakes, and pastries. We are proud to craft products for top UK restaurants, neighborhood grocery stores, and our own GAILs bakeries.
As our teams grow, we seek our next National Account Manager to join our food service team.
Every day is different at The Bread Factory, but here are some of the things you will be doing:
Act as the trusted lead contact for designated fine dining and restaurant group customers and act upon their needs per TBF’s food service business strategy and vision.
Build and strengthen client relationships to achieve long-term partnerships.
Work closely with internal stakeholders to initiate and maintain favorable and professional client relationships.
Ensure best-in-class customer experience at all times.
Manage profitable growth in designated customers and maximize sales opportunities.
Deliver budgeted sales and KPIs.
Develop and deliver customer-specific account plans.

Contributing to overall Food Service strategy by delivering segment-specific plans with clear milestones.
Identifying, approaching, and securing new business in the ambient sector.
Collaborating with our customers on demand and forecasting requirements.
We are engaging with internal and external stakeholders to deliver best in class customer experience.
Capture and prioritize specific customer opportunities.
Project manage client launches and relevant changes with efficient and professional execution.
Have a commercial prowess that allows you to model and forecast customer sales and profitability.
Negotiation of contracts and pricing.

Previous account management and commercial experience in food service
Excellent customer service focus and a hands-on and can-do attitude.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Well-versed in the hospitality industry.
Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.
The willingness and resilience to adapt and change.
Results driven
Always thoroughly understand products and service offerings to better upsell and cross-sell to clients.
Exude enthusiasm and excitement about all things baking.
Bring fun, approachability, and positivity to the role with a side portion of resilience.
Last but not least, you have a great knowledge of the hospitality industry and a passion for quality food!
