Fastr Broadband, the newest and most exciting fibre broadband provider, is looking for passionate Sales Representatives to join our team in York!

Fastr Broadband is delivering the fastest fibre broadband in York City centre – no one else comes close! You can play a key role in helping businesses grow, by offering more goods and services, and helping power lifestyle changes for residents and students, by ensuring they can surf, stream, email, and game with lightning-speed internet connections.

What You’ll Do

Ignite sales: Be the spark that gets customers excited about our superfast fibre broadband, showcasing our service to new customers in York City centre. You will be required to run your own pipeline so working on your initiative is necessary.

Hit the streets: Conduct door-to-door sales visits, attend local events, and generate buzz about our unbeatable broadband. You’ll be the face of Fastr Broadband!

Seal the deal: Guide customers from the first hello to their final connection by understanding customer needs, recommending the perfect package, and sealing the deal.

Stay sharp: Keep an eye on market trends and customer needs, helping us tailor the packages on sale and ensuring we all deliver excellent customer service.

What We’re Looking For

Sales Savvy: Got experience? Great! New to sales? No problem if you’ve got the drive and ambition to sell and earn.

Go-getter attitude: You’re self-motivated, eager, and ready to seal the deal in a dynamic environment.

People person: Your communication, negotiation and sales skills are top-notch.

Local vibes: You know York and you’re ready to make connections.

Tech enthusiast: You understand the need for tech and superfast broadband in our business and daily lives at home.

What We Offer

Exciting earning opportunity: Base salary plus exciting commissions on each sale and exceptional performance bonuses with OTE potential being £45,000 to £50,000 per annum. Your commission will be paid a month in arrears once the connection has been made and payment has been received from the customer.

Flexible hours: Perfect for anyone who needs some flexibility in their schedule. (please note that evenings up to 7pm and weekends will be required in this role)

Working Days: This role is working 40 hours per week, and you will be required to work 5 out of the 7 days per week.
