Sheridan Maine is delighted to partner with an established business based in the Poole area to recruit a Credit Controller to join their team. 
 
Responsibilities of the Credit Controller include:

  • Handling customer account queries
  • Opening accounts and setting credit limits in accordance with the company credit policy
  • Chasing payments via telephone and email
  • Resolving invoice and payment queries
  • Allocating payments based on customer remittances
  • Processing customer credit card payments
  • Reconciling customer ledgers and resolving discrepancies
  • Producing and distributing customer statements of account
  • Reconciling customer accounts
  • Managing new accounts and high-value invoices
  • Escalating accounts where necessary
  • Building effective relationships with customers

 
To be considered for the Credit Controller role, you will need:

  • Previous Credit Control experience
  • Proactive and self-motivated
  • Strong organisation and time management skills
  • Strong customer service attitude
  • Analytical, problem-solving mind-set
  • Excellent communication skills

 
You are required to be eligible to work in the UK full time without restriction.
