Your Role:
Lead and mentor a dedicated team of social workers, occupational therapists, and community care officers
Manage a small, complex caseload with a mix of priorities
Champion the safeguarding of vulnerable individuals
Foster integrated working with partners and promote independence through reablement and enablement approaches
What We’re Looking For:
A qualified social worker registered with Social Work England
Experience as an Approved Mental Health Practitioner (AMHP), Best Interests Assessor (BIA), or Practice Educator (Level 2)
Knowledge and experience in safeguarding adults within multiagency procedures
Strong supervisory, training, and development skills
A full driver’s license and access to a car for work
