We are looking for an experienced pharmacist in leading the advanced clinical services in primary care
We Are Looking For:
- Clinically effective and safe patient-focused care.
- Have excellent communication skills
- Ensures that the service complies at all times with legal and professional requirements along with appropriate national and regional guidelines.
- Responsible for the delivery of a high quality, patient focussed service provided by the pharmacy team in the designated specialist area
- Provides a high level of pharmaceutical support, advice and information to medical, nursing and other healthcare staff providing clinical care in the designated specialist area.
We work with following providers who offer a variety of shifts at flexible rates.
- Residential homes
- Nursing homes
- Hospitals
