A leading household name, you will be calling warm leads and converting them to customers.

* Making outbound calls to warm leads from people who have shown interest
* Building rapport and understanding the customers wants and needs
* Giving advise to customers to give them the best service
* Update customers throughout their journey
* Liaise with 3rd parties to ensure the sale is completed
* Ensure the system is updated accurately
* Provide the best possible customer service throughout their journey ________________________________________What do you need?
* Previous sales experience, telephone based is desirable
* Able to communicate clearly and concisely
* Confident at discussing various products in depth
* Able to work towards targets and KPI’s
* Can easily build rapport with customers
* Self motivated and eager to succeed
