Our client is soon to open a new state-of-the-art workshop in Weybridge, Surrey, and are currently seeking dedicated motor trade professionals to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a growing and dynamic Car Dealer Group.
As an Automotive Aftersales Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the service and parts departments. This role is perfect for someone keen to start a rewarding career at a franchised car dealership, learn the systems, and grow within the industry. Our client is looking for an ambitious candidate who wishes to develop and advance with the company over the years.
Key Responsibilities of an Aftersales Administrator with our client:
- Provide administrative support for the service and parts departments.
- Manage and process service and parts documentation accurately.
- Coordinate with customers and suppliers to ensure efficient service delivery.
- Maintain an organised and up-to-date database of service and parts records.
- Assist with scheduling and coordinating service appointments.
