Connells Group in Winton is seeking a Lettings Negotiator to join their residential lettings team. The role offers a competitive OTE of £23,000 - £26,000 with uncapped commission, along with career progression and industry-leading training. Responsibilities include generating valuations, conducting property viewings, negotiating agreements, and progressing lets to completion. Ideal candidates should have sales experience, exceptional customer care skills, and a full UK driving licence. Your Role:
As a Lettings Negotiator, You’ll generate and book valuations, conduct property viewings, negotiate agreements, agree lets and progress lets through to exchange and completion .
What We’re Looking For:

• Preferably an experienced sales person
• Able to generate new business in a target driven environment
• Exceptional customer care/service experience
• Resilient, positive, organized, numerate, and detail-oriented
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Must hold a Full UK driving licence.
