Director for Communications

BALPA, the trade union for UK pilots and helicopter crews, is seeking a new Director for Communications to lead an expanded team of four Communications Officers. This newly created role requires a leader with excellent communication skills and strategic development experience. The successful candidate will inspire and mentor their team while contributing to a pivotal moment in BALPA's journey, marked by new leadership and a commitment to member-centric initiatives.
