A client based in Shepton Mallet is seeking a confident and proactive Team Manager / Reinstatement Planner due to increasing workloads. The role requires strong IT skills, excellent management capabilities, and a valid Cat B driving licence. The position, offering a salary of £50,000 to £60,000, involves scheduling work for Reinstatement Teams and managing client communications. Our client is looking for a Team Manager / Reinstatement Planner to join their existing team due to ever growing workloads.
Salary & Working Hours:
- Hours are 8.3 Monday to Friday – No remote working available – Working from the Shepton Mallet Depot
- Weekend and out of office hours on call required
- PAYE with a starting salary of £50,000 – £60,000 (experience dependant) per annum OTE £60,000 – £70,000
Key Responsibilities:
- Schedule and manage the day-to-day work for Reinstatement Teams
- Liaise with teams and clients throughout the day
- Deal with and resolve daily problems and ensure deadlines are met
- Control and manage profit and loss of your area
Requirements:
- Cat B driving licence as a minimum
- Excellent management skills
- Strong IT knowledge & organisational abilities
- Solid Math competences
- Good memory and organisational aptitudes
