NUGENT CARE-1
The Nugent Pantry is seeking a weekly volunteer to assist in welcoming shoppers. This role involves greeting Pantry members at the entrance, addressing their queries, and guiding them through the Pantry process. The volunteer will also remind members of the rules and expected behaviours to ensure a supportive environment. Good communication and customer care skills are essential for this position, as the volunteer will serve as one of the first points of contact for shoppers, helping them feel welcome and valued.
We are looking for a volunteer to help out at the Nugent Pantry on a weekly basis. You will be friendly and approachable, welcoming our Pantry shoppers onto the premises and helping with any initial queries they may have. As a welcome volunteer you will be one of the first people our Pantry shoppers meets with when they arrive and you will help all our shoppers feel welcomed and supported.

Qualities / experience / skills
Good communication and customer care skills would be a real asset in this role.
