Kier is seeking a Mobile Engineer to join their FM Hard Services Team, operating primarily in Ipswich and Norwich. The engineer will focus on plumbing and mechanical maintenance across various commercial sites, handling planned and reactive maintenance tasks, and liaising with clients and subcontractors. Candidates should possess experience in mobile maintenance contracts and a strong plumbing background, alongside a full, clean driving licence. We’re looking for a Mobile Engineer to join our FM Hard Services Team based in Ipswich and Norwich .
Location : Mobile – Ipswich and Norwich
What will you be responsible for?
As a Mobile Engineer, you’ll be working within the FM Hard Services Team supporting them in all FM related works with a bias towards Plumbing and Mechanical Maintenance across a variety of sites.
Your day to day will include:
- PPM tasks across a number of sites on the contract
- Reactive Maintenance Tasks
- Liaison with Clients and Sub-Contractors
- General repairs and maintenance
- Plumbing & Mechanical maintenance
What are we looking for?
This role of a Mobile Engineer is great for you if:
- You have experience working on a Mobile maintenance contract across Commercial sites
- You have an extensive Plumbing background – maintenance and installations.
- You have a full, clean driving license.
