Sellincourt Primary School is seeking an exceptional School Business Manager to commence in September 2025. The role involves overseeing budgeting and site management, working in a supportive and diverse environment. Candidates must possess relevant qualifications or experience in financial and personnel management, alongside proficiency in Microsoft Office and school management systems. Term-Time only plus two weeks (INSET days and five working days during the school holidays across the year).

The successful candidate will work alongside the current Administration Team and the Local Authority to take on full responsibility for budgeting and site management from September 2025.
We are looking for:
A dynamic proactive individual with proven ability of financial, personnel and premises management. A school business management qualification; ILM Diploma Level 4 or Level 5 or relevant workplace experience, and a willingness to undertake training for this qualification. Knowledge and experience of ACCESS, or alternative school finance databases. Working knowledge of school management systems. Extensive experience in all areas of Microsoft Office. The ability to lead and manage a team. Experience of working in a busy school or other similar environment. Excellent interpersonal skills in dealing with both children and adults.
