Housekeeper

The role of housekeeper requires maintaining high cleanliness standards while ensuring confidentiality for owners, families, and team members in luxury villages. Experience in housekeeping is preferred but not essential, as training will be provided. The ideal candidate should demonstrate empathy, respect, and discretion. As our housekeeper you will provide the highest standards of cleanliness and service at all times. In addition, you will maintain confidentiality of owners, families and team members. Our award winning luxury villages also need to be kept looking immaculate for our owners and customers, so if you enjoy a wide varied routine but with the emphasis of keeping everywhere spick and span then this could be the role for you.

The Ideal Candidate:

Obviously, if you have experience in housekeeping that’s fantastic – but for us it’s not essential.

We can provide you with basic training and our online Audley Academy will help you build your skills. It’s the ability to put yourself in someone else’s shoes, to treat them with respect, and to appreciate that you’re in their home, and need to do things their way, that is vital.
