114Job Description:Pertemps are working in collaboration with one of the UK’s leading processors of animal by-products and food waste. We are currently seeking a hard-working Administrator to work in their small but busy office in Penistone.

Job Description:

Sales Ledger

• Raise and distribute sales invoices from Sage200, checking against weighbridge data
• Post and allocate sales ledger cash to Sage200
• Reconciliation of cash received against transport collection planning

Compliance

• Ensure all movement documentation and other paperwork is complete and following all regulations
• Adhering to all company processes

Raw Material Purchase Ledger

• Timely review and processing of supplier purchase invoices to Sage200, checking against weighbridge data
• Raise weekly supplier payments for upload to Bank from Sage200
• Reconciliation of Supplier Statements on a weekly and monthly basis

Other duties will involve supporting the team supervisor as required, lead process of improvement in data capture, data entry and archiving and any other duties as requested by the Management Team.

• Must be trustworthy, reliable and enthusiastic
• Confident with IT systems, especially Microsoft Office – Work, Excel and Outlook

Other Information:

This role is being offered on a permanent basis, with a salary of £28,000 per year.

Your working hours would be Monday to Friday, 9am until 5pm, although start times may require flexibility from time to time.

There will be no hybrid working offered, you will be based at their office full-time, which requires you to have access to your own transport due to the location being very remote.
