Responsibities:

• Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of our products by offering authentic recommendations and ensuring all food and drink are presented to the highest standards
• Confidently lead the team during shifts, ensuring service excellence and maintaining safety and security
• Committed to training and mentoring team members, empowering them with the skills and knowledge to create memorable guest experiences
• Handle customer inquiries and occasional complaints swiftly and professionally, always aiming for a positive resolution
• Be enthusiastic about learning and development, open to new ideas, and encourages a collaborative and approachable team environment
• Provide strong support to the management team in achieving operational targets and driving continuous improvement
• Actively promote the venue

You should have:

• At least 12 months of restaurant/pub experience as a supervisor
• A full working visa
• A bubbly, friendly personality
• Fluent in English
• And ideally live locally
