Your Role:
- Lead a high-performing culinary team across multiple food outlets.

What We’re Looking For:
- A passionate Head Chef (or experienced Senior Sous) with a flair for food-led innovation.
- Strong experience in contract catering, with confidence managing hospitality, events, and delivery services.
- A hands-on leader who can manage complexity, motivate a team, and deliver consistent results.
- Someone with a deep love for seasonal, fresh food and high standards in food safety and compliance.
- Commercially astute with a good grip on budgets, food costing, and sustainability.
