We are currently looking to recruit an experienced Mixologist for a new opening in Windsor. As the mixologist you will have a good knowledge of premium spirits, soft drinks, juices, mixers and flavour extraction techniques as you will be creating the cocktail list for this exciting venue

The Person
The successful Mixologist will have the following.
- Experience as a Mixologist in a similar setting
- A great eye for detail
- Impeccable standards of service with a passion for cocktails
- A warm and friendly personality, with a flair for always recognising and exceeding guest expectations
- Personable and trustworthy
- The ability to train junior staff on the execution and delivery of the cocktail list.
- Be local to the area or have own transport.
