Registered Mental Health Nurse – RMN
Are you a compassionate, dedicated, and worthy RMN looking for new challenges?
We are looking for experienced Mental Health Nurses to work in a variety of settings, including mental health hospitals and Nursing homes.
You will work with people with Learning Disabilities, Autism, Mental Health needs, older people, Dementia, and Physical Disabilities.
Experience Required:
* Minimum 6 months post-qualification experience in the UK with a valid NMC PIN
* Compassionate and empathetic
* Passionate about caring and supporting people
* Good communication skills both written and verbal
* Providing Person Centred Care
* Trustworthy
* Team Player
* Safety Intervention/PMVA/MAPA trained
* Immediate Life Support training
Duties:
Our clients provide services for people with Learning Disabilities, Autism, Mental Health needs, Older People, Dementia, Physical Disabilities and people with Complex Care needs.
As an RMN you will undertake all aspects of Nursing duties including administering medications, providing person-centered care, and allowing clients to maintain their independence as much as possible. You may be supporting clients with behaviors that challenge and complex care needs.
