The individual will assist the Farm Manager in effectively managing the farm to optimise its performance. This role entails supervising a small team and aiding in daily operations and routines. Additionally, the person will provide comprehensive relief cover during the Farm Manager's holidays and on alternate weekends, ensuring that all records are maintained and alarm systems are monitored.
To support the Farm Manager in all aspects of management with a view to maximising the performance from the farm.
