CNC Drilling Setter/Operator
Days based, Perm
Coleshill
Circa £27,580
Hours: Mon-Thurs 8-4:30 / Fri 8-12:30

Our client specialises in deep hole drilling. They do work with a mixture of industries including formula 1, oil & gas and pharmaceutical etc. They are looking for a time served precision engineer or someone who has been through an apprenticeship/extended education.

The ideal candidate:
⦁ Have a proven precision machining background (Turning bias)
⦁ Someone who is driven by progression
⦁ Looking for a career within the workplace
⦁ Someone with experience working to a high level of quality standard e.g., AS9100 /ISO9001
⦁ Apprentice trained (desirable)

Benefits:
⦁ The employee would be automatically enrolled in the pension scheme after 3 months, as per guidelines.
⦁ Holiday entitlement is 25 days per annum plus 8 stats = 33 days per year.
⦁ 40 hrs a week are paid despite only working 38½ per week.
