30Job Description:Lettings Negotiator – Birmingham City Centre – up to £27k basic £30k package
My client is a leading, multi branch independent Lettings and Estate Agency brand who have been established in the area for several years and have built up an impressive and reputable business covering the Birmingham area. They are looking for an experienced Lettings Negotiator to join their busy team based in the City Centre.
Key Skills Required for the Lettings Negotiator Role:
- Lettings experience
- Full UK Driving licence and car (business mileage paid by company)
- Able to work well under pressure and achieve monthly targets
- Organised and highly driven
- Friendly and approachable
- Confident on the phone and in person
- You must be good with people, a team player and have attention to detail. They are looking for an upbeat and enthusiastic person with a willingness to learn quickly and work hard.
Benefits:

Working Hours: 8.45am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday
Alternate Saturdays 9.30am – 3.30pm with a half day off in lieu
