Recruit4staff are proud to be representing their client, a leading manufacturer in their search for Machine Operative to work in their leading facility in Bridgnorth.

For the successful Machine Operative our client is offering:

• Competitive salary paying on Mornings £22,425 (£11.50 per hour)
• Monday to Friday 6am-2pm – 37.5 hours per week

The role – Machine Operative:

• Washing / Pressure testing of parts
• Running of machinery
• Reporting any issues and trying to solve basic faults that may arise
• Loading and unloading of products into the Machine
• Visual inspection of products
• Reading from drawings
• Assembly of products in line with instructions
• Working in various areas of the Manufacturing department
• Ensuring parts produced are to a high standard

What our client is looking for in a Machine Operative:

• Counterbalance forklift truck license is desirable
• Previous machine/workshop experience in an Engineering environment desirable
• Able to work using own initiative
• Good interpersonal skills
• Methodical approach to work
• Role adaptability
• Previous CNC experience would be highly advantageous
