We are proud to be supporting this highly successful Maidenhead Client in finding a new Customer Service Advisor to join the team.
The position is offered on a full time Permanent basis, working Monday to Friday from 9am to 5.30pm.
On offer is a salary of 25K to 28K basic and a generous benefits package.
For this role, we are seeking an energetic, enthusiastic and motivated individual with excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
You will ideally have a wealth of experience providing quality customer service and will be confident in your ability to maintain high standards at all times.
As a Customer Service Advisor, you will provide support to customers, taking and processing orders over the phone and via the ERP system and, seeing the orders through from the initial enquiry stage, right through to delivery.
The responsibilities include:
- Responding to incoming customer inquiries from a range of business’ across the country
- Processing orders, and communicate order progress to customers.
- Staying up to date on new products, services, and policies.
- Collecting and reporting customer feedback to ensure that best practice is recognised and maintained.
- Engaging with customers in a friendly and professional manner while actively listening to their concerns.
- Offering support and solutions to customers in accordance with the company’s customer service policies.
- Other duties as requested
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate:
- Proven Multi-tasking Abilities
- Dynamic Customer Service Experience with exceptional communication skills
- Experience working in a B2B environment
- Strong IT skills with proficiency in the use of MS Office along with ERP and CRM systems.
