We are seeking an experienced Interim Practice Manager to provide operational leadership across urgent care and primary care services in the South East.
This role is ideal for professionals with a strong background in NHS operations, CQC compliance, and multi-site service delivery.
Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily operations of urgent care and primary care sites, ensuring efficient and compliant service delivery.
Manage and support administrative and clinical teams Ensure compliance with CQC standards and NHS contractual obligations, including QOF and KPIs.
Handle HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, and performance management.
Manage financial aspects, including budgeting, payroll oversight, and resource allocation.
Collaborate with stakeholders, including ICBs, PCNs, and other healthcare partners.
Requirements: Proven experience as a Practice Manager in NHS or urgent care settings.
Strong knowledge of CQC regulations, NHS contracts, and primary care operations.
Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
Ability to adapt quickly and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
Available immediately for interim assignments with potential travel across the South East.
