– £27,688.96 per annum) Essential Qualification: Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare About the Role We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Team Leader to join a caring and committed residential team supporting children and young people aged 6–19 with complex needs, including profound communication difficulties, cerebral palsy, autism, and degenerative conditions.

This role is based at a well-established children’s home in Meldreth, offering a supportive and enriching environment where young people can thrive.
