Key Responsibilities: Handling residential conveyancing matters under supervision Preparing and reviewing contracts, searches, and legal documents Managing files from instruction to completion Liaising with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and solicitors Supporting senior fee earners and ensuring deadlines are met Requirements: Experience working as a Paralegal within residential conveyancing (essential) Strong organisational and communication skills Ability to manage a busy caseload and prioritise tasks Proficient in using case management systems and Microsoft Office Legal qualifications (LPC, CILEx, or law degree) are desirable but not essential Benefits: Join a friendly and supportive team Real opportunity for progression as the firm continues to grow Flexible working arrangements considered Private Medical Care
