A growing Engineering company, based in Alcester, Warwickshire is recruiting for a Linisher, to work in the Weld prep area of production.
Main Responsibilities:
-Take the lead in producing materials for the welding/fabrications department
-Set up and operate various machines in the preparation section after receiving appropriate training
-Ensure all jobs are fully prepared and ready for handover to the next department
-Metal Linishing
-Organise and store all delivered materials in designated areas
-Adhere to product quality procedures
Requirements for successful Linisher:
-Solid understanding of how a prep area functions
-Numerate and literate with clear communication skills, able to interpret measurements
-Strong attention to detail and accuracy
-Linishing experience
