Reconciliation / Finance Risk Executive

Are you ready to take the reins in the dynamic world of finance reconciliation? We are seeking a detail-oriented and driven individual to join the Risk Department as a Finance Reconciliation Specialist. In this role, you’ll play a pivotal part in ensuring the accuracy of Invoice Discounting Clients information, contributing to the integrity of the financial systems and fostering positive relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:
- Invoice Discounting Clients Reconciliations: Manage a monthly cycle of reconciliations, ensuring compliance with credit policies and accurate testing of provided information.
- Reporting: Produce regular and ad-hoc reports as required, demonstrating a commitment to accuracy and timeliness.
- Communication and Stakeholder Engagement: Effectively and positively engage with Risk Advisory Stakeholders and Clients, fostering strong relationships to ensure seamless operations.
- Risk Management: Promptly report concerns or issues to the Relationship Manager and relevant Risk Manager, organising and prioritising work based on risk assessments.
- Record Keeping: Maintain timely and accurate records, showcasing attention to detail and commitment to organizational standards.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Team Management: Oversee company Fuel Card records and payments, showcasing leadership capabilities.
- Information Security: Maintain awareness of IT and Information Security issues, ensuring compliance with company IT Security Policy and procedures within the area of responsibility.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Essential: Strong Telephone and Communication Skills.
- Essential: ABFA Foundation/Certificate or related industry qualification.
- Desirable but not essential: Invoice Finance and/or Financial Reporting Experience, Data Entry Experience, IT Literate and Microsoft Competent.
