41Job Description:Python Web Developer (Pyramid JavaScript) *Remote / Hybrid WFH* to £70k
Are you a skilled Python Web Developer looking for an opportunity to progress your career in a senior, hands on role?
You could be joining a market leading software house whose remote access product is used by hundreds of millions of users worldwide.
As a Python Web Developer you will take a senior role in a small Agile team focussed on the client portal which includes “free trial download” capabilities, around 70 per day which must work seamlessly. You’ll be working primarily with Python and Pyramid but also using JavaScript and Vue.js on the front end within a modern development environment. There are many technical challenges to tackle including scalability and reliability of the growing platform.
WFH Policy:
There’s a friendly and supportive team environment, you’ll join colleagues in the Cambridge office 1-2 days a week with flexibility to work from home the rest of the week.
Requirements:
You have strong Python coding skills and web based development experience
You have experience with a Python framework, they’re using Pyramid but you could have experience with others e.g. Django / Flask
You have JavaScript skills and at least one framework Vue.js or other, e.g. React.js, Angular
You’re a keen technologist, happy to pick up new skills
You’re collaborative with great communication skills
