Key Responsibilities:
Provide one-on-one support to students with challenging behaviour, fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment.
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to develop and implement effective behaviour management strategies.
Support the social and emotional development of students, promoting a culture of respect and understanding.
Monitor and track progress, implementing interventions to address behavioural concerns and ensure student success.
Contribute to the creation of a safe and nurturing school environment where all students can thrive academically and emotionally.
Requirements:
Previous experience in a similar role within an educational setting is essential.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with students, staff, and parents.
A passion for supporting the holistic development of young individuals.
Ability to remain calm under pressure and navigate challenging situations with a positive approach.
Relevant qualifications and certifications in behaviour support or a related field.
