ROLE: Contracts Manager
LOCATION: Essex & London
SALARY: £70,000 – £85,000 + Package
BUSINESS TYPE: Main Contractor
PROJECTS: Sub £5m – Education/Healthcare/Social Housing Regeneration

About Our Client:
They have been established nearly 20 years and undertake a variety projects from schools to listed buildings. Projects tend to be sub £5m with the core being £500k to £3m. The business is always building its client base and retaining those who they deliver for.
The Role:
A Contracts Manager is required due to the business winning multiple additional projects. You will look after a range of projects that are all at different stages, from Pre-Construction through to finishing. You will manage site teams and report in to the company Directors. You will liaise with all departments to make sure projects are running on time and on budget. Where possible, you will develop relationships with clients to help build the option of future business.
The Applicant:
The ideal candidate must have:
- Experience working as a Contracts Manager on projects sub £5m
- Experience working for a Main Contractor
- Experience working on similar projects, education, healthcare etc
It is desirable to have:
- Further related education such as construction management degree
- Previous clients who may wish to work with yourself again on future projects
