Job Title Senior Event Sales Manager
Salary: £40,000 – £45,000 + Uncapped Commission + Overtime
Location: London
We are excited to be working with a high-end event catering company who deliver events in various central London locations. They are looking for a Senior Event Sales Manager to oversee the sales team, as well being hands on looking after VIP or complex clients and events.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement the sales strategy to achieve targets
- Maintaining, building and sustaining relationships with key accounts, venues and suppliers
- Managing and developing the team
- Attend tastings, venue meetings and site visits
- Ensure communication is maintained to all departments throughout the planning process
- Managing client budget and ensure all jobs are quoted correctly
- Identify new revenue opportunities across the business
- Attend networking events and continue to grow network of industry contacts
Skills and Experience:
- Excellent London Venue knowledge
- Event sales experience, ideally within a high-end events or hospitality business
- Excellent organisational skills
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets
- Pro-active, with lots of initiative and energy
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Smart, presentable, highly professional and with a welcoming personality
