Trinity Homecare is seeking a passionate Recruiter to help source and select high-quality carers dedicated to providing outstanding care for the elderly and vulnerable. This role involves screening candidates, conducting interviews, and ensuring compliance throughout the recruitment process. Ideal candidates should possess recruitment or customer service experience, strong organisational and communication skills, and a keen attention to detail. The position offers a salary of up to £27,300, a 37.5-hour workweek, and various benefits, including holiday and development opportunities. Sourcing suitable candidates ? Screening candidates and conducting telephone interviews ? Scheduling and conducting face-to-face interviews ? Reviewing applications and ensuring compliance? Assisting applicants with documentation and onboarding? Following our compliance processes? Booking successful candidates into training What We’re Looking For: ?? Experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or customer service ?? Strong organisational skills and the ability to juggle multiple tasks?? Excellent written and verbal communication skills?? Experience using applicant tracking systems ?? A confident and professional telephone manner ?? A keen eye for attention to detail and a calm, patient approach ?? A team player who genuinely enjoys connecting with people ??
