Digital Account Manager (based in Sidmouth) – £32,000 pro rata DOE

Here’s what you’ll be doing:
•    Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
•    Collaborating with clients to identify project requirements and deliver customises virtual tour solutions.
•    Managing the end-to-end process of virtual tour projects, from conceptualisation to execution.
•    Coordinating with internal teams, including photographers and content creators, to ensure project timelines are met.
•    Conducting thorough quality checks on virtual tour content to ensure it meets the highest standards.
•    Addressing client feedback and implementing improvements to enhance overall project quality.
