Event Manager

We are working with an international hospitality brand who are looking for an Event Manager to join one of their vibrant and cultured bars in London. This role involves a high volume of inbound enquiries, driving new business as well planning the event and creating function sheets ensuring a smooth handover to the operations team.
Responsibilities
- Responding to event enquiries in a timely manner
- Creating proposals ensuring clients briefs are met
- Conduct site visits and show rounds
- Generating detailed function sheets
- Building and maintaining relationships with new and prospect clients
- Attend networking events to generate new leads for the venue
- Cross sell the other 3 venues as and when required
What do we require from you?
- Previous event sales and planning experience within a hospitality background
- A proven track record in the delivery of sales targets
- Experience working within a fast-paced environment
- Strong organisational skills
- Confident, passionate and drive
