58Job Description:Pertemps Recruitment are the largest independent recruitment consultancy in the UK and for the last 16 years have been in the ‘Top 100 Companies to Work For’. We are looking to recruit a recruitment sales consultant to join our highly successful, award winning temporary staffing division based in Dudley.

We’re in a period of growth and we want an enthusiastic salesperson to help sell our recruitment service to businesses and to make sure we are maximising opportunities in the Dudley area.
 
As a recruitment consultant you will be join a highly successful team who have established themselves as a leading agency within the area – this has been driven by delivering a consistent and high-quality customer-centric partnership approach to recruitment services.

Duties will include but not limited too:

• Account management of an existing client base to ensure we provide the best recruitment service.
• Business Development over the phone and face to face across Dudley- getting the Pertemps name out there and ultimately converting prospects to clients.
• Management of margins and ensuring new business won is sufficiently profitable.
• Assisting with the recruitment and coordination of a temporary workforce to fill temporary bookings/vacancies.

The ideal applicant will have:

• Strong commercial awareness and an understanding of margins etc.
• Business acumen and an ability to identify business opportunities.
• Sales / telesales / telemarketing / field sales / business development experience (ideally B2B)
