As part of this transformation, we are launching a fresh and dynamic dining concept that champions quality, seasonality, and innovation and were looking for passionate leaders to bring it to life.
The Role: Senior Sous Chef
We are seeking an experienced and driven Senior Sous Chef to join our pre-opening team. Working closely with the Executive Chef, youll help lead kitchen operations and ensure exceptional food quality and consistency across every dish we serve. Youll have a direct hand in shaping our culinary identity and inspiring a team of chefs in a fast-paced, creative environment.
Your Responsibilities

Support the Executive Chef in all aspects of kitchen management and daily operations.

Lead by example in delivering consistently high-quality, beautifully presented dishes.

Play a key role in developing, testing, and executing seasonal menus with flair and originality.

Train, mentor, and motivate junior kitchen staff to uphold excellent standards.

Oversee kitchen cleanliness, food safety, and HACCP compliance at all times.

Help manage stock control, ordering, and kitchen cost efficiency.

Collaborate with FOH teams to ensure smooth and cohesive service delivery.
About You

You have strong experience as a Sous or Senior Sous Chef in a high-quality, fast-paced kitchen ideally within a lifestyle hotel or premium restaurant.
