We are looking for a Host to join us at Amano Rooftop.
About the role
Answer phones in a prompt manner with appropriate scripting
Greet guests and seat them at tables or in waiting areas
Receive and record guests’ dining reservations via Open Table
Bid farewell to the guests and welcoming them back
Maintain contact with kitchen staff, management, serving staff, and customers to ensure that dining details are handled properly, and customers’ concerns are addressed
About you
Previous experience as a restaurant/bar host or receptionist
A natural hospitality professional who loves to interact with people
Organised, reliable and motivated
Flexibility to respond to a variety of different work situations
