Treetop is seeking a Team Leader to join their mission of spreading wonder through unique immersive mini-golf experiences across six UK venues. The role involves managing shifts, leading a supportive team, and enhancing guest experiences while promoting values of collaboration and innovation. What youll get up to:
Managing shifts day to day to keep things running smoothly
Managing team on shift to pre-empt guest patterns, and exceed guest expectations
Encouraging team to give personal recommendations to guests, upselling and cross selling food and drink where possible
Maintaining high standards across our jungle
