Key Responsibilities:

Support the Sales Manager in developing and executing sales strategies to increase revenue.

Identify and pursue new business opportunities across corporate, group, MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions), and leisure markets.

Conduct sales calls, host client meetings, and lead site tours to showcase the venues offerings.

Prepare proposals, contracts, and respond to inquiries promptly and professionally.

Maintain accurate records of leads and conversions using CRM tools.

Assist in organising promotional events, trade shows, and client familiarisation trips.

Collaborate with marketing to align on campaigns and branding.

Support VIP accounts and nurture long-term business relationships.
About You:

A degree in Hospitality, Marketing, Business, or related field is preferred.

23 years experience in hospitality sales, ideally within a hotel or events environment.

Confident communicator with strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.

Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working under pressure.

Familiarity with MS Office and hotel sales systems (e.g., Opera).

Knowledge of local and international travel/corporate market trends is a plus.

Multilingual skills are an added advantage.
